About The Grand Prix Foundation
Built by the track. Supporting the trades.
Since we waved the green flag on our organization in 1991, the Grand Prix Foundation has raised nearly $5 million for Long Beach-area charities. In addition to our popular Grand Prix 5K, we’ve held signature events including casino nights, golf tournaments, and charity balls.
We have a long track record of supporting local education, as well. In 1997, we established the Robert E. Leslie Memorial Scholarship, providing a $1500 grant to seven deserving Long Beach high school graduates each Spring.

Beginning in 2022, our mission has shifted into a new gear: supporting the next generation of trades professionals right here in Long Beach.

Give Money
Ninety cents of every dollar you give will directly benefit local trades programs in Long Beach. This includes scholarships, facility upgrades, recruitment, and job placement for program members so our jobs stay local and contribute directly to our economy.
THE 6TH ANNUAL 2024 GRAND PRIX FOUNDATION OF LONG BEACH 5K
Put your brand front and center at the Grand Prix Foundation 5K, the only local event that lets participants run the race course before the cars speed around it. Opportunities include title sponsorship, signage, digital sponsorships and more.
